Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 29 September 2026
Cancelling
- Cancel any time on the billing page of your account.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. You are not charged again.
- Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Projects above the Free plan's limits become read-only until you make room or subscribe again.
- You can download your data or close your account at any time, whatever plan you are on.
Refunds
[Refund rule, for example: no refunds for part of a billing period, except where the law gives a right to one]
Refund window on a first purchase: [Number of days for a refund on a first purchase, or "none"].
We also refund, in full, any prepaid time you cannot use because we stopped offering 3D Thing or ended your account without you having broken the terms, and any amount we charged by mistake.
Refunds go back to the card, account or UPI method you paid with, through Razorpay or Stripe. They usually arrive within [How many working days a refund takes to reach the customer] of our approval; your bank may take longer to show it.
Consumers in the EU and the UK: 14 days to change your mind
3D Thing is a professional tool, but if you subscribe as a consumer in the EU or the UK you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason. To withdraw, email [Support email address (a role address, for example support@ on the company domain)] from the account's email address saying that you withdraw from the contract. (Cancelling on the billing page only stops the next renewal.) We refund what you paid within 14 days, less a proportionate amount for the days you already used the paid plan, because you asked for it to start straight away.
Questions and complaints
Write to [Support email address (a role address, for example support@ on the company domain)]. In India you can also contact our Grievance Officer, [Name of the Grievance Officer (India)], at [Grievance Officer email address]; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
